Anthony P. Griffin is an experienced financial executive and a retired U.S. Army Colonel. He is recognized for his expertise as a Chief Financial Officer, with a focus on corporate finance, private equity partnerships, and strategic leadership. Anthony most recently served in the dual capacity of President and CFO at QSR Automations, Inc. in Louisville, KY. In this role, he led an Executive Team comprised of Sales, Customer Success, Business Development, and Finance/Accounting professionals. Under his leadership, the company achieved a 30% increase in Annual Recurring Revenue within just two years. Anthony is dedicated to advancing financial strategies, improving operational efficiency, and supporting long-term growth. He played a critical role in the successful acquisition of QSR in 2024 and its subsequent merger with another portfolio company, all under the direction of a private equity firm. His 28-year military career provided him with significant leadership development, including a year-long deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom Spartan Shield during the Global War on Terror.
Anthony is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP). He earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisville and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.
Megan Etscorn is an accomplished People and Culture executive known for building organizations where business strategy and human connection thrive side by side. With over two decades of experience leading transformation across industries, she blends strategic insight with authentic leadership to drive growth, engagement, and operational excellence.
As Vice President of People & Culture at QSR Automations, Megan established the company’s HR function from the ground up, guiding it through a period of accelerated expansion, a private equity acquisition, and a major merger. She played a pivotal role in aligning people, performance, and culture — introducing scalable systems, redesigning compensation and benefits, and leading culture integration efforts that strengthened trust and engagement across U.S. and U.K. teams. Her work modernized the employee experience, turning feedback and transparency into competitive advantages.
